Dragonboard 410c Case

This is the same Dragonboard 410c design as giantpune, but I made the screw holes bigger to fit Home Depot's #4-4 x 3/8" screws and nuts. It's still a pretty tight fit and I had to file a small amount from the bottom of the top cover posts to close nicely. In addition to the adjustments for the screw holes I also made the USB port holes the same size and adjusted the position of a few openings very slightly to reduce covering the connectors.
