Ricon de la Vieja

The Ricon de la Vieja is an active "andesitic complex volcano" in Costa Rica. The vertical scale is 1.2X. It was constructed using 1 arcsecond resolution SRTM data from the Space Shuttle (about 0.8 million facets). This software was created using a new and, as yet, unreleased version of SRTM2STL. The source code for creating files at 3 arcsecond resolution is available up on github under the GNU license. Go to github and search for SRTM2STL.
