CTC FDM (makerbot) filament guide

Since my makerbot replicator clone from CTC didn't come with either the PTFE tubes or clips to hold them in place, I decided to make my own. These are designed to line the tubes up with the centre of the filament spool. Use 15mm screws to attach to the back of the printer.
