XXL LCD front cover mesh fix

I printed this case (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:393856) as the notch out of the top left was perfect to accommodate the sliding print bed as the original actually on occasion hit the LCD display case. When I printed the front part of the case in the middle of the print it randomly printed 4 solid layers and then went back to printing normally. I read the reviews and another person had the same experience. (pictures of mesh issue attached)
