This is a seal buffer wax that let a compass (view in the picture) visible to seal letter's
This compass is a boy-scout symbol. Pionner Caravel from France and for all over the world.
The size is normal-small (30mm diametrer). 3mm deep. Nearly +- 5gram wax / seal.
