Prusa i3 sunhokey upgrade

This is an upgrade for the sunhokey prusa i3. it´s an idea by rizer, I have changed for me and so I want to share with you.
I've added a little high and I made some small modifications to the original design. The bearing blocks are designed to work with 608 z bearings (22mmX7mmX8mm).
