Couldn't find one to purchase like I wanted so I made one. Here is my design for a Tofu Press. Tighten it a turn or so every 20 minutes for an hour and even leave it overnight in the fridge if you want to maximize the effect. For anyone who has tried to hand press Tofu or precariously stack all of your cast iron pans on top of a tofu brick will appreciate this kitchen tool.
