Yep, it's the vehicle from [Moon Patrol](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moon_Patrol) alright! The buggy is scaled for 15mm-18mm gaming, though it certainly doesn't have to be used as a gaming miniature. If you want one in 28mm scale, scale the model up by 166.6% (or so).
