One hundred percent credit to gchristopher for creating the "Parametric Mecanum Wheel Generator Tool." I scaled it up the hub and wheels x2. The pin is sized for the for the x2 larger version, im sure if you reduced by x0.5 it would work for the standard size. The outer diameter is 8mm and 39mm long. The inner hole is 2mm, for a small retaining screw.
