P3Steel Bulldog XL E3Dv6 bracket

This is two variants on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:341091. One is simply the parallel mount with the opening enlarged to accommodate an E3Dv6 hotend. However, when I switched from a Bulldog to a Bulldog XL, I ran into quite a few clearance issues parallel mounting the extruder, so I tried to make the simplest most rigid perpendicular mount I could.
