Chainsaw cookie cutter

Derived from an open clipart by Viscious-Speed found here: https://openclipart.org/detail/196277/chainsaw
I removed everything but the outlines and used the inkscape to openscad converter to create a scad file which I extracted the path from for the cookie cutter script.
