Reinforced Glass Clamp for Prusa I3 V2 (for PEI plate)

Update: - While building a reserve glass/PEI with a glass plate from another vendor I had an issue with the washer not making good contact with the Glass due to the tight tolerances. I have published V2 here with a deeper depression for the washer to avoid the issue.
