Alternative enclosure for HDMI switching console

I need more than one HDMI entry on my TV, so I buy a HDMI switch. The usual question rise: where can I put it? Creating an alternate box that can be fixed on the TV was the solution!
It had 3 8mm holes for threaded rod to be usable with my TV where fixation holes are separated by 75mm and normal ones where distance between fixation holes is 100mm.
Needed parts (see picture):
* Threaded Rod M8: 2
* Nut M8: 4 (or more: depending on how you'll mount it)
* Screw M4 large head 10mm: 4
* Scr
