Any Coin Wall Mounted Bottle Opener

Used a new US Penny on my print of @jag's bottle opener, but after 6 months of use it had bent enough to no longer work. Replaced that with a pre 1986 penny (all copper) which should last longer.

But that gave me the idea to modify jag's OpenSCAD script to support any coin.

This has a number of coin presets, or you can also enter in your own dimensions. **NOTE:** Any custom dimensions override whatever the coin dropdown is.

Please comment with dimensions of coins I'm missing, and I'll
