Ultimaker E3Dv6 mount with inductive/capacitive sensor

This is my version for an Ultimaker E3D mount. It alows the use of a 12mm diameter capacitive/inductive sensor.

Extra parts needed:

- 2x LM6UU-38mm linear bearings
- 1x M3x25 screws
- 1x M3x10 screw
- 2x M3 nuts
- 2x 30mm fan (and their screws) (may fit bigger fans with included adapter)
