Dual Lead Screw Mod - T8 Lead Screw K8204 Adapter

The brass nut that came with the T8 Lead screw (2mm pitch) didn't quite line up for mounting, so I created this adapter to connect the lead screw brass nut to the follower nut mount and the spindle for the second lead screw.
