Endless Column (after Brancusi)

Modular art work derived from my 123D Catch scan of the North Lion from the Art Institute of Chicago. Each module prints without support. but will be a bit scraggly underneath due to lack of said scaffold. This sculpture was intended to stack at least twenty modules tall - however after about 10 it starts to arc and lose it's balance. I have resolved to create "Flion Buttressing" to solve this problem. This will be published as a separate Thing as soon as my schedule permits the time to prototyp
