QU-BD ThreeUp Left & Right Bearing Holders for Z Rod Wobble

I couldn't find any sleeve bearings to use Tony_921's holder so I redesigned it to use a 608 skate bearing and designed a new one for the right side z rod. You will need one cap for the left side and 3 caps for the right. Each side needs several 20mm M3 screws and one 10mm M3 for the left side bearing bracket. I printed both with 10% infill and no warping problems.
