Diiicooler poor man's redraw

This is a partial redraw of the Diiicooler by Pawpawpaw85 (thing #1025471) in freecad. It is just a shell outline that you can use as a placeholder if you're designing a new x-carriage.

The original STL file for the Diiicooler has waaaay too many triangles to even use for just moving around. This part is much easier to manipulate.
