Franken Cooler Too

This is my solution to a tight-fitting top piece that rests on the extruder release lever. It also accommodates loose wires through the slot on the rear.

Remixed from the Half Stepper by neverdun (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:551916), which I found to be genius except I didn't get great airflow in the right place.
