Scrubbie V2

Well I tried to put my original [Scrubbie](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1123442) in the dishwasher which happened to be set on sanitize and some of it melted away. When I went to make myself a new one I realized the bottom layer was unnecessarily thick so I made it a lot thinner and then I had trouble with the bristles so I changed those around too. Included is a sample scrubbie test piece so you can be sure your settings are correct before printing the whole thing.
