fully enclosed top cover for Raspberry Pi 2 Box

Took the V2 of Top (Top_V2.stl) in Thing http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1368797 (Raspberry Pi 2 Box) by [Credo](http://www.thingiverse.com/Credo/about) and added a 3mm high rectangle to cover the cutouts for display cables and expansion header.

Why would I do this? So that I can allow a Unicorn HAT's LEDs to diffuse through the lid without any gaps. These RGB LEDs are too bright to allow direct access.
