Mounting plate for Bondtech Mini extruder/E3D v6 on i3/Rework/Wilson carriage

This is a quick and dirty mounting plate to hold the Bondtech Mini/DirectDrive extruder on a standard Prusa i3/Rework/Wilson 4 hole X carriage. I purchased the hardware set for this excellent small extruder at MWRRF and threw this together to get it mounted on my Wilson.
