Rotating wheel systems camera platform

Platform for ST28 stepper motor, Arduino Uno, a stepper motor driver breakout board and an IR LED. The motor can have any wheel attached to it and over that (or perhaps hanging from it when in upside-down position) any object to be photographed by IR remote controlled systems camera. The intent is to use it together with some "3D scanner" image recognition software but it seems to be nice for making rotated videos as well.
