CNC 3040/6040 Flip-up Dust Shoe

This is a dust shoe I made for my 3040 cnc machine.

The shoe mounts on a bracket at the top of the motor mount, and locks into the heatsink when pulled down. The bracket is held on tight with a 5mm threaded bolt. There's also a slot to fit a 6mmx20mm switch in the bracket, for homing the Z Axis.

A 19 inner diameter hose couples onto the shoe.

I realise this is far from perfect, a spring loaded shoe would've been nicer. This thing is stiff, and would likely snap off easily if you ram
