MP CNC WD-platform IE modification

I made the IE platform based on WorkerDrone's source and Szur's modifications for IE version. I did not test it yet, I would like to do so until the end of March. I had to move 2 Z-bearing holders (yellow), and I projected hole for threaded rod based on Szur's modified Z_tower_upper platform.

I made repair, because Szur found too small gap between bearings, so please first check it out.
