EasyRaceLapTimer Raspberry Pi B+ (Pi2) Case

This is a remix of the top of [0110-M-P's Raspberry Pi case](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:922740), to accomodate the [Pi hat PCB](https://www.oshpark.com/shared_projects/r2euJkTX) I designed for the [EasyRaceLapTimer](http://easyracelaptimer.com). This model features:
- Hole for plugging in the IR sensors
- Button for starting races
- Removable panels to add:
