QUANUM V2 Monitor Extension

I designed this to make an extra extension for the monitor on the Hobbyking QUANUM V2 goggles. People have complained (including myself) that the Fresnel lenses included with the kit are not powerful enough and causes focusing issues. This extension works for me.
