GET a PAIR Honda Ruckus PAIR valve blockoff

This is a PAIR valve blockoff cap for the Honda Ruckus. The PAIR valve normally takes atmospheric air in once the exhaust valve closes to mix into the exhaust gasses that then pass through the muffler, etc. It's normally blocked off once carburator modifications are done.
