X- Axis Belt Mounting Bracket (Cocoon Create, Wanhao Di3 v2, etc.)

The X-Axis belt configuration on the Cocoon Create isn't well designed. This is my attempt to improve the termination brackets and slide. It's not perfect, but I think it's a little better. It mounts with 2x m4 screws using the unused outer threaded holes of the upper linear bearing blocks.

It is designed and tested for the Cocoon Create, but should be the same for Wanhao Duplica
