version 4 quiz show buzzer for 100mm arcade buttons

Designed for 3.7mm thick rubber bumpers as feet and a 100mm arcade button from adafruit. Takes standard keystone rj45 jacks. Version 4 takes 4 feet and is ever so slightly more stable than version 3.
