Tantillus Lead-Screw Z-Axis (Printed Case)

This is a remix for the printed case of the Tantillus, the Z middle part gets stuck on some screws on the backside otherwise.

I used my old min endstop as max endstop and it works perfectly and will give you a little extra Z height.
