MakerFarm i3v RAMPS cooling fan

I was using a RAMPS cooling fan with [this bracket](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:166045), which works just perfectly... until you need to mess with the RAMPS board and wiring.

This is a simple clip-on fan mount which snaps onto the plywood with just barely enough clearance for the Z axis wheel to move past.
