Hall-E-Endstop Mount for Ultimaker Clone

This design can be used to mount a hall effect sensor (Hall-E-Endstop http://max3dshop.org/index.php/default/elektronik/radds-hall-o-endstops-3-3-5volt.html?___SID=U) to the Ultimaker Clone.
