Adjustable filament spool roller / holder (608 bearing)

This is a remix of toolson's design redrawn from scratch.

I wanted to use 608 bearings which I still had lying around. Furthermore, I enlarged the foot surface and attached rubber tape so that the feet don't slip on the table. Does work for small as well as large spools.
