GITHUB Single Wall Test Piece

I needed a good single wall test piece for checking extrusion multiplier after getting a good 20 mm cube. The one here was on GITHUB but I had a heck of a time figuring out how to download it. Once it did, I decided to put it here for others. Hopefully, I haven't violated anything.

Make sure, if you are using S3D slicer, that you check "Merge all outlines into a single....." in the Advanced section, otherwise you will only print the bottom layer. Also, no top or bottom layers and no infil
