picatinny ring up to 1 inch modifiable

picatinny lamp, scope... - holder up to 1 inch diameter, modifable length, diameter, screw...

with the variable gap you can change the size of the picatinny-profile (for my profile i needed gap=1.4).

version 1.2 is a little bit bigger and the screw-gap is larger (3 mm)
version 1.3 has a second screw hole for a better holding of the rail
