This is an upgrade of my previous design (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1445762), I wasn't happy that I still had to use the cable ties and standard spring-clip tensioner so I incorporated a ratcheting pulley tensioner into the design. I've done a few prints with it installed and it is holding tension fine. The tension is adjusted using a 6mm Hex key (it only tightens though, if you go too tight
