Made this using Solidworks. Created a "3D sketch" then used the spline tool to create the curve in the X, Y, and Z directions that I wanted until it was how the person wanted it. Couldn't figure out how to "sweep boss" the whole 3D sketch so I embossed one of the spline curves and then made an assembly and pieced together as many of the curves as I felt necessary.
