Easy Ultimaker E3D mount

Generation 2 of the EasyE3DMount introduces major changes. The design has been reworked from scratch to maximize the compatibility with [Troublemaker 3D printer](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:263814). A magnetic mount with spring loaded connection has been introduced to allow for easy removal of the fan and quick exchange of the fan duct setups and utilities, to maximize the versatility with different prints.
