Swing-arm filament guide for FlashForge Dreamer

Update 4/10/16: I updated the base to have a better fit with the Dreamer body, and to sit more securely when the lid is on.

A filament guide with a swinging arm, for use with external filament rolls. It is designed to work with the shim from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1086228 . The base is designed to attach to the front or side of the Dreamer.
