Baseball Cap Bump Protector

Made this to insert in a baseball style cap to protect from minor bumps when working around the home. Used a couple of Velcro dots to hold in place and some moleskin on the inside to make more comfortable. Can be resized to fit various sized hats.

**** REMEMBER - This is not a substitute for a real hardhat just protection for small knocks and bumps.

I printed in ABS and PET and am trying out to see which I like better. PLA seemed too stiff and brittle. May try flexible filament also.
