LM8LUU offset block with exact bearing dimensions

This is a remix of chinkel's LM8LUU bearing blocks. It is based on the model with exact dimensions for the bearing. I have remodeled it into the offset version. So this is the missing piece for people who need to print with exact dimensions.

UPDATE: 2016-04-04 Updated the model so that the offset is a bit bigger. Now the offset is slightly larger than chinkel's but I think it's good enough. Also added a bit more holding area at the opposite side of the bolts.
