The 222 Second Street is a 523,000 square foot Class A office building that includes two levels of underground parking, a large public space, retail space on the ground floor, 26 elevated office floors, and a mechanical penthouse. Supported on a mat foundation, the structural steel building is clad in a shingled curtainwall system.
