Motor Controller Case - HiTec

This is a slightly modified version of the HiTec Motor Controller case. Having had the screw holes and tabs get broken many times over the years, thought this would be handy to be able to replicate and replace the bottom half of the case. I've made a slight tweak so that the holes on the tabs are a bit smaller to work better with the 6-32 screws usually used to attach them.
