Clamp-on Y-axis end stop holder for the Prusa I3 printer

The Y-axis end stop holder broke off of the y-motor piece on my printer and I didn't feel like disassembling the whole thing to put on a new one so I made a clamp-on version of the end stop holder. I made it a little longer than the original in order to move the end stop a little further out. This could also be used to add a max travel end stop.
