Print PLA .2 MM Layer Height. Add a 40 mm fan under the top of the case to cool the CPU.

4/9/2016 - I changed the design. Now it is an open case. The original was impossible to get the PC board into the case. This one is much simpler. I'll revisit the case design at a later date. Insert 4 M3x10 screws from under the base to attach the lid. A 40 mm fan should fit under the LID as well.
