Modified emaker huxley wade bowden connector part

I wanted a screw fit into a 1/8 BSP push fit for my bowden cable, and this solves it nicey.

Basically the updated wade for emaker, but the bottom is extended and features a hole for 1/8 bsp screw 4mm push fit pneumatic conector. A slot for a 1/8 nut (5.5mm thickness) is made so that the push fit screws into this.
