My newer car has wipers that clean from center to edge pivots. The opposite motion of blades to vertical on either side of auto. I bought fancy new beam style blades to replace the OEM, which are specific to right or left side of vehicle. This reverse engineered part allows the orientation of the blade to be correct for passenger side of my vehicle. Chevy Volt.
