After using my original design for about a week determined that it needed to be much more slim. So cut down thickness to 17 mm from 25. This was done by changing to a arc pattern from the zig-zag. Also added more fillets for better pocket fit. Designed to fit 10 cards but from testing 9-12 seem to work well. Also made the money section have a little more play. I can upload more sizes if anyone wants a design for a different amount of cards, just comment and let me know.
